Shipping Information

Our standard delivery times are 48 to 72 hours from despatch.  All parcels are tracked. We know this is important for your peace of mind. We will notify you when your parcel is despatched, which carrier is used and your tracking code.

Orders received by 1pm on working days will usually be despatched same day.  Order processing time may increase at peak shopping times, but we will keep you notified whether your parcel will be despatched same day or on the next working day. e.g. Friday 3pm order will be despatched on the following Monday.

Regional Surcharges may apply to Highlands and Islands. If this is the case we will call or email you before we proceed with your order.

International Delivery

If you would like your order sent abroad, please contact us on the contact page for a quote for shipping.

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Car Boot Dog Bed. Every item is checked, but in the unlikely event you should find a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 48 hours and we shall replace the faulty item, provided it has not been used and is returned to us in an unused state.

The Car Boot Dog Bed Company.co.uk will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer to us, for example joining our e-mail newsletter or when placing an order with us.

The information will include your title and name, address provided, telephone number, email address, order details. We do NOT at any time see, nor hold your payment details these go directly to our payment service provider.

The information you provide us with will be stored to allow us to process and fulfil your order and also to provide you with information about new products, special promotions, where we’ll be exhibiting and sales. You can opt out of this service at any time by email or writing to us. An opt out option is also available by clicking on the unsubscribe link in our newsletters.
