It is well documented that dog owners are more contented than those without dogs.
During the pandemic we have been lucky to have not only the wonderful companionship of our dogs, but also the motivation and steady routine of dog walking, whether around a block or striding out in open spaces.
I don't know what your thoughts are, but I'm longing for the time when we can travel freely again, without any tiers, to explore lots of new places for really long walks in 2021....whenever that may be, and have longingly browsed through a battered old collection of maps, drawing up a list in my mind.
Many of the Country Shows etc. that we usually attend have announced their planned dates for 2021 and we all hope that life will move forward to a new normal and that familiar enjoyments, such as attending these, can resume in due course. In the meantime we continue with online ordering only.
